Attorney Coric is a highly regarded and experienced civil, criminal, and family law litigator who represents clients in a variety of civil litigation and criminal defense matters in Federal, State and Tribal courts. Attorney Coric has tried numerous, multi-day, civil jury, criminal jury, civil courtside, and criminal courtside cases to completion. Attorney Coric’s civil litigation experience includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in personal injury claims involving motor vehicle and boating accidents, premises liability, workplace accidents, product liability, medical, dental and legal malpractice claims, civil rights violations, property disputes, contract disputes, family law disputes (including custody, visitation, dissolution and post-dissolution actions), paternity petitions, gaming licensure claims, motor vehicle licensure issues, contested probate matters, and representation of NCAA Division I personnel in investigatory enforcement proceedings, and before the NCAA Infractions Committee.

Attorney Coric’s criminal defense experience includes representing defendants in Federal, State (Part A & Part B) and Tribal courts, charged with a variety of felonies, misdemeanors, infractions, and motor vehicle violations. Attorney Coric has also handled several cases involving multinational jurisdictional disputes over child custody matters, including cases involving both participating countries in the Hague Convention and non-participating countries.

Attorney Coric has served as a board member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Southeastern Connecticut, a fundraising chairman for March of Dimes and chairman of the NBA and NCAA sanctioned Shoot Straight Basketball League at Connecticut College. Attorney Coric has also offered testimony before the judiciary committee of the Connecticut Legislature supporting a bill mandating the use of extended alcohol monitoring for repeat-offender drunk drivers.

Attorney Brandon H. Marley joined the law firm in 2020 after nine years of practice with local general practice law firms. He brings with him a diverse knowledge and background of representing plaintiffs and defendants in a full spectrum of civil and criminal cases.

In 2016, Attorney Marley won a jury trial with an amount over $30,000.00 against a landlord who wrongfully withheld a security deposit.

Attorney Marley was raised in Mystic and is a graduate of Robert E. Fitch Senior High School. He attended Eastern Connecticut State University and went on to attend Oklahoma City University School of Law, graduating in 2010 with a J.D.

Attorney Marley is admitted to practice in Connecticut, New York and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut.

Attorney Marley currently resides in Groton, Connecticut.
